ACC IS LOOKING FOR HIGHLY QUALIFIED PROJECT MANAGERS
Alleanza Contro il Cancro (ACC), the National Oncology Network founded in 2002 by the Italian Ministry of Health, links Italian comprehensive cancer centers, patients’ associations and other entities active in the oncological arena with the mission to bring technological and organizational innovation from basic research to clinical practice, raising and unifying the level of care, treatment, and rehabilitation of cancer patients throughout the country.
ACC is looking for highly qualified Project Managers who will take on responsibility for the coordination of national and international research projects. Project management responsibilities will include the coordination and completion of the projects on time within budget and within scope. The successful candidates will oversee all aspects of the projects, monitor and summarize progress, prepare reports, create and maintain a comprehensive documentation, coordinate with internal and external partners, and liaise with the consortia coordinator.
Applicants should hold at least a degree in biomedical disciplines. Candidates with a Ph.D. and relevant experience in project design and management within international contexts are particularly encouraged to apply. Absolute requirements include full professional proficiency in English, as well as excellent social and communication skills.
We offer a temporary contract at a competitive salary, corresponding to the competence and experience of the candidate. Work locations will be at:
